Make a request
For anything else, email privacy@ekadem.com from the address on your Ekadem account and say which request you are making. Writing from that address lets us confirm it is you; if you write from another address or on someone else’s behalf, we may ask for proof of identity or authority. To delete your whole account, you can also use the account settings in the app.

How we handle it
We confirm receipt by email and normally respond within 30 days; another statutory period or a lawful extension may apply, and we tell you if one does. We do not discriminate against anyone for using a right, and a denial always comes with a reason and an appeal route.
Retention periods for each record type are set out in Retention & deletion. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority — in the EU/EEA, the authority where you live or work; in Switzerland, the FDPIC; in the US, your state Attorney General where applicable.
