What Ekadem may do
We may remove content, restrict a feature or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for safety, security, law, non-payment or a material/repeated breach. We consider context, severity, intent, history and risk; act narrowly where possible; preserve evidence; notify the affected user or school when safe and lawful; and provide a way to ask for review. Immediate action may be necessary for child safety, credible threats or active compromise.
