Report infringing material
Send a signed notice to copyright@ekadem.com that identifies: the copyrighted work; the exact Ekadem URL, class/link or content identifier; your contact information; why the use is not authorized; a good-faith statement; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you may act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We assess whether the notice is complete and credible, consider context such as license or educational fair use, and may restrict the identified material. We notify the uploader when lawful, provide the basis and explain how to contest. Repeat, knowing infringement may lead to proportionate account restrictions. Fraudulent notices can cause harm and legal liability.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake, identify it and its former location, explain the mistake or authorization, provide your contact details, accept the legally required court jurisdiction where applicable, consent to service from the claimant, include the required good-faith/perjury statements, and sign. We may restore material after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant tells us it filed a court action.
